OMNISC Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, trials, refunds, billing disputes, and related billing situations are handled for Omnisc subscriptions.
This Policy applies to subscriptions purchased through omnisc.tech and should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans Covered by This Policy
This Policy applies to the following Omnisc subscription plans:
Public Plans
- Omnisc Monthly: USD 39 per month
- Omnisc Annual: USD 249 per year
Founder / Waitlist Plans
- Founder Monthly: USD 19 per month
- Founder Annual: USD 199 per year
Founder pricing is available only to eligible waitlist users until 2026-07-01. If a founder subscription is canceled, lapses, is suspended, or otherwise interrupted, founder pricing will not be available if the user later resubscribes.
2. Trial Period
Where offered, Omnisc provides a 3-day trial.
- The trial begins immediately after checkout.
- The trial is available for all supported plans where trial access is enabled.
- If you cancel during the trial, your access ends immediately.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial period, and recurring billing will begin at that time.
3. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period unless canceled before renewal.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method automatically for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other authorized charges.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You may cancel through your Omnisc account, which may direct you to the relevant customer billing portal. You may also be able to manage or cancel your subscription directly through the applicable Stripe or Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

5. What Happens After Cancellation
If you cancel a paid subscription:
- your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period;
- you will not be charged for future renewal periods after cancellation takes effect;
- cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.
6. Account Deletion and Billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
You must also cancel your subscription through the relevant billing portal.
If you delete your account without canceling your subscription, recurring billing may continue until the subscription is separately canceled through the applicable payment provider or billing portal.
7. Refund Rules
Monthly Plans
All monthly plans, including founder monthly plans, are non-refundable.
Annual Plans
All annual plans, including founder annual plans, are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date the first paid charge occurs.
Refund eligibility is limited to one annual refund per customer per rolling 12-month period.
Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Taxes and VAT
If a refund is approved, the refund will cover the full amount charged, including applicable taxes or VAT included in the original charge, subject to the applicable payment provider's refund procedures.
No Prorated Refunds
Omnisc does not provide prorated or partial refunds after the applicable refund window.
8. EU/EEA/UK Withdrawal Rights
If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK, statutory withdrawal rights may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
At checkout, Omnisc may request acknowledgment that the user requests immediate access to the digital service and understands that this may affect statutory withdrawal rights.
Where immediate access is requested and provided, this may affect your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Lemon Squeezy Purchases
For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record.
Refund requests for Lemon Squeezy purchases may be subject to Lemon Squeezy procedures in addition to this Policy.
This means billing, tax/VAT handling, and refund mechanics may be administered partly through Lemon Squeezy's systems and customer portal.
10. Refund Request Review and Denial
We may deny a refund request where we reasonably believe there has been:
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- abuse;
- repeated refund behavior;
- misuse of trial access;
- founder eligibility abuse;
- payment reversal abuse;
- violation of our Terms of Use; or
- attempts to circumvent regional, payment-provider, or billing restrictions.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute inconsistent with this Policy or our Terms of Use, we may suspend your access while the dispute is reviewed.
We may terminate your account or refuse future purchases in cases of:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- repeated chargeback behavior; or
- unresolved payment disputes.
We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity where permitted by applicable law.
12. Exceptional Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, voluntarily issue an exceptional refund in circumstances where we are not otherwise required to do so.
Any exceptional refund does not create an obligation to provide the same outcome in another case.
13. Failed Payments and Grace Period
If a renewal payment fails, Omnisc may provide a 3-day grace period.
During that period, you may be able to update your payment method or resolve the failed payment.
If payment is not successfully resolved during the grace period, access may be suspended or terminated.
14. Upgrades and Downgrades
Omnisc may support subscription plan changes, including upgrades or downgrades.
- If you upgrade your subscription, the change may take effect immediately, and the applicable payment provider may apply prorated charges or credits.
- If you downgrade your subscription, the change will typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Because provider rules and implementation details may vary, the exact billing effect of a plan change may depend on the payment provider and the subscription setup in effect at that time.
If you hold a founder-priced subscription, an upgrade, downgrade, or other plan change may result in different pricing. Founder pricing availability for changed plans is subject to the founder pricing terms in our Terms of Use.
15. Wrong Plan Purchased by Mistake
If you believe you purchased the wrong plan by mistake, please contact support@omnisc.tech within 48 hours of purchase.
We may review such requests on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
16. Response Times
We aim to respond to refund-related requests within 7 business days.
Response time does not guarantee that the refund itself will be completed within that period, as final processing times may depend on Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, banks, card networks, or other payment partners.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
The updated version will become effective on the date stated at the top of this Policy.
